No Gym No Problem! – 30 Minute Workouts You Can Do At Home


Unfortunately, not all of us have enough time each day to make it to the gym. Some of our days are just too jam-packed with responsibilties that we must commit to. Luckily, you don't need a gym to workout! Fitness can be done anywhere and everywhere, all you need is your body, and just about 30 minutes. You can get just as good a workout in at home with body-weight movements and the use of some furniture as you can at the gym using weights or machines. Ready to break a sweat? Take these workouts with you to the park, your backyard, or even your living room floor, every single day for 30 minutes.

"The Living Room Workout"

15 jump squats, 5 pushups, 25 high-knees, 7 burpees, 20 alternating lunges, 7 squats, 5 pushups, 20 alternating lunges, 5 pushups, 7 squats, 15 jump squats, 1 minute wall sit, 5 pushups, 25 high-knees

*Repeat 3-4 times, resting as needed*


"Back To Basics"

50 jumping jacks, 10 squat kickbacks, 50 high knees, 10 alternating lunges, 50 mountain climbers, 10 burpees, 50 jumping jacks, 10 tricep dips (use a chair as an alternative), 50 high knees, 10 pushups, 50 mountain climbers, 10 bicycle crunches

*Repeat 3-4 times, end with 1 minute plank*
