Soccer Kids Dubai announced their rebrand and launch of SK Football Academy last August. The timing of their new brand aligns with the beginning of the 2022/2023 football academy season, which is set to see a return to a full academic year of football action for the first time in more than two years.
The brand-new identity embodies the football academy’s new focus as they approach their celebration of 20 years in the business, making them the longest running football academy in the UAE.
It marks another major milestone in the evolution of SK Academy, which works with young footballers from across the UAE every week, as it continues to reinvent itself with a fresh and forward-looking approach.
Managing Partner Ben McBride is looking forward to an exciting new chapter in the history of SK Academy as the 2022/23 kicks off across the country.
He said: “We pride ourselves in offering the best value football coaching in the UAE. The academy started in 2002 and it is one of the largest football coaching academies in the UAE and teaches all across the emirates. With over 1200 players, we endeavour to bring together all races, ages, abilities and genders to enjoy the globe’s favourite pastime.”
Aside from regular football classes offered to players aged 3-16 years old, SK Academy is also involved in a program called “SK Champions” that aims to teach football to players of determination. The initiative is free to all participants and teaches children and adults with learning difficulties and physical limitations, the basics of football.
The football academy also has a long-standing partnership with Sparkle Foundation to bring to reality “SK Malawi”. Which aims towards building a sustainable, thriving football academy in one of the World’s poorest countries, providing quality guidance and coaching to children and adults
SK Football Academy has also recently announced their partnership with Majid Al Futtaim, that will coincide with the construction and management of multi-sports facilities in several of their shopping malls across the UAE.
The venues will cater for children of all ages to play their favourite sport, in a fun, safe environment, trained by SK Football Academy’s professional sports coaches.
As the students return to school sport in the coming weeks, parents are also preparing to look for ways to engage their kids in sports and physical activities.
SK Football Academy has multiple locations across the UAE with sessions held every day of the week supervised by professional and qualified coaches.
This season is supported by corporate sponsors DHL & Umbro.
