The Italian football giant Juventus has announced it will spread its academy at Al Ittihad Private School, Al Mamzar, one of the oldest private schoolsin Dubai. This marks the eighth location the Bianconeri will operate across the UAE, with more than a 1000 players participating in their program.
The academy at Al Ittihad Private School, Al Mamza will be for players ages four to 17 years old and will officially commence next month.
More than 30 Italian and European qualified coaches approved by Juventus will be part of the academy’;s project, aimed at helping young footballers take their first steps into the football world by educating them in the Juventus method.
FFG Sports Management operates the Juventus Academy in Dubai and its chairman Mohammed Lajam said he was excited to partner with the school he attended.
“We are very glad to start this partnership with Al Ittihad Private School Al Mamzar. As an alumnus of the school, this partnership gives me a sense of pride and joy for being able to give back to the school which has given me a lot throughout my childhood and teenage years.
