DESC U16 Head Coach Mr Foster was full of praise for his team following the victory.

" Throughout the season the boys have played some fantastic football and have been a pleasure to not only coach but to watch the way they play the game. We have often stretched teams with our ability to switch play and keep possession of the football, enabling the team to score some exceptional goals. Credit must also go to our defence, who have been very solid all season and have had the confidence to start our attacks playing out from the back beginning with our GK Adam. We will continue to work hard and get ourselves ready for the DASSA Cup competition in January"

Mr Barratt, Head Of Football at DESC, was also over the moon with the squad.

"Mr Foster and the boys have been outstanding this season, a real credit to DESC football with the way they have applied themselves to work hard and produce high level performances. The squad is one of our most talented football teams we have had at DESC and they deserve to be classed as champions, as each individual has been a valuable member of the squad unity and bought into our  football philosophy. We look forward to the rest of the season and watching this excellent group of students challenge for more silverware"
