In their role as FIFA Club World Cup Youth Leaders, participants will have four key areas of responsibility encompassing physical and social tasks that help drive interest and create a buzz around the competition in December. The highest performing Youth Leaders can earn amazing money can’t buy prizes, including; carrying the FIFA flag (13-14 years) or match ball onto the pitch ahead of the games (15-17 years), or an internship (18-21 years) for future football competitions. Overall, the Youth Leadership Programme will provide a solid foundation for which students can receive official certification to enhance their CV towards developing a future career in sports.
